Irrespective of our various Callings and Assignments;
Article 4:1 )
We believe commonly in the sinless birth, shedding of the Blood of Atonement, the Death, Resurrection, Ascension and the Second coming of Jesus Christ to Rapture the Saints.
4:2)
We believe in the Triune nature of God (Trinity) - God the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. Hebrews 9:14, 1 John 5:7, 2 Corinthians 13:14
4:3)
We believe in the Baptism by Emersion through repentance from sin.
Matthew 28:19-20.
4:4) We believe in the Baptism by the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in diverse tongues.
4:5) We believe in the Lord’s Supper which is represented in the taking of bread and the fruit of the vine which is symbolic of the blood of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26.
4:6) We believe that the Holy Bible is the Word of the Living God; steadfast and authoritative in rule, faith and patience.
(2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21,
Luke 21:23).
4:7) We believe in Divine Healing as a provision of the redemptive work of Christ (Matthew 8:16-18, James 5:14).
4:8) We believe in the second coming of Christ to rapture his church and His millennial reign. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 20:1-3)
4:9) We believe in the final judgment (Revelation 19:20, 20:11-15, 2 Corinthians 5:10).
4:10) We believe in the New Heaven and New Earth (2 Peter 3:13, Revelation 21:22)
SECTION 5
OPERATIONAL OFFICE AND MEETINGS
Article 5:1) The Operational Office and venue of Meetings shall be any place approved (leased or acquired) by the relevant authority.
5:2) Executive Committee.
Meetings of WEF/COBs shall hold monthly.
5:3) Emergency meetings shall be held as at when necessary and venue to be decided by relevant Authorities..
5:4) Quorum shall be deemed to have been formed when 25% of the registered members are in attendance, with at least four (4) members of the Executives in attendance, which shall include;
i). Prelate/Coordinator
ii). General Secretary
iii) Treasurer
iv). Financial Secretary
5:5) Every meeting is estimated for a maximum of three(3) hours period.
5:6) Designated Officers shall be allowed and encouraged to perform their duties efficiently at every meeting.
5:7) The Secretary shall circulate the minutes of every meeting at least, before 72hrs to the next meeting date. The minutes shall be adopted in the next meeting.
SECTION 6
MEMBERSHIP:
Article 6:1)
Membership into this organization shall be by;
i) Introduction
ii) Direct enrollment.
Article 6: 2
MEMBERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITIES:
i) Membership of the WEF & COBs shall be open to any Minister Of The Gospel Of The LORD Jesus Christ Who Believes In The Holy Spirit Of GOD And His Ministry. Such a Minister must be a member of a Church/Ministry.
ii). WEF & COBs shall be open to Corporate membership by way of Partnerships and Memoranda of Understanding with other Organisations whose Visions and Goals are complementary to those of WEF & COBs.
iii). The WEF & COBs Registration Form shall be obtained with a non refundable amount of $2 or its equivalent in the currency of the Applicant's Country of Residence.
iv) The completed Application Form shall be returned with a once-off Registration Fee of $15 or its equivalent in the currency of the Applicant's Country of Residence. Upon registration, the member shall be issued with;
a). An ID Card, duly signed by the International Presiding Prelate and the International General Secretary.
b). A Membership Certificate duly signed as above.
c). A copy of WEF & COBs Constitution Booklet.
d) The standard World Eagles Fellowship and College of Bishops STICKER
e) Submit to the supremacy and provisions of the constitution of World Eagles Fellowship and College of Bishops as the ultimate authority.
f) Each registered member is to pay a monthly due of $2 or its equivalent in the currency of the member's country of residence. The dues are payable to the State/Provincial Chapters.
g). The Membership of WEF & COBs is renewable every Two Years by renewal of ID card, This shall be at a cost of $5 or it's equivalent in the local currency of the member's Country of residence.
h) In WEF & COBs, membership is local. Hence, membership is originated from the Local Government Council or Municipal as may be applicable.
i) All fees partaining to membership registration and renewals shall be paid in full to the designated International Headquarters account(s).
j) Monthly dues shall be split between the Originating State/Province and the Country/National and the International Headquarters Offices as follow;
i) 70% for State/Provincial Operations
ii)15% for the Country/National Office.
iii)15% for the International Headquarters Office.
SECTION 7
RESPONSIBILITIES TO MEMBERS:
Article 7.1)
At the event of the wedding of a member who deems it necessary to invite the organization; WEF & COBs shall attend the wedding with Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The invitation should reach the secretariat 3 months in advance.
7. 2) At the event of the death of a member, the sum of Six hundred and Fifty Dollars ($650. 00) shall be given to the immediate family of the deceased.
7.3) At the event of the death of a member’s relatives (father and/or mother), the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150) shall be given to such member as support.
7.4) A member that loses his/her spouse or child shall be entitled to the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000:00),
7.5) The Fellowship shall support Ministry Launch with Three Hundred Dollars ($300).
7.6) The Fellowship shall support personal events of members, like Child Dedication, Book Launch when invited, with the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150:00)
7.7) Every registered member will be levied on account of the above events.
7.8) Delegates to the above events shall be drawn from the local chapters, except where the member is a State/Regional Officer, National/International Officer. In which case, delegates shall be drawn from such levels in addition to those from the local chapter.
7.9). Only members who are up to date with their financial obligations to the Fellowship and have spent a minimum of One year as a member, shall be entitled to the above and other benefits..
7:10). Delinquents in financial responsibilities shall lose all membership rights and privileges.
SECTION 8
Article 8.1
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES
The World Eagles Fellowship and College of Bishops shall set up organizational Structures such that will enable the Fellowship function effectively and efficiently, even at the grassroots level. Therefore, there shall be the following tiers of Administration:
1) The General Assembly
2) International Executive Council
3) Continental Administration
4)Regional Executive Committee
5) National/Country Executive Committee.
6) State/Provincial Executive Committee
7) Local Government/Municipal Council Executive Committee
8) International Advisory Council
9) Board of Trustees
6.1)
The General Assembly shall be the Apex Organ, as constituted below.
There shall be an Annual General Assembly by way of Annual International Convention of the WEF & COBs. The venue, date and duration shall be proposed by the International President and Presiding Prelate, and
confirmed by both the International Executive Committee and the International Board of Trustees.
The International President may call for a Special General Assembly of the fellowship at any time, either as a result consensus desire of the Executive Committee or as a result of a International emergency on issues of great interest to the Fellowship. The agenda of such meeting shall be clearly conveyed in the summoning notice if necessary under confidential cover.
